I believe leadership is about Vision, and about sharing that vision with others.
I believe to be a good Leader you have to believe in the people you are leading, and want to nurture them. You also need to be decisive when required.
I believe one of my key strengths in leadership, is my ability to share my vision with others, and to enthuse them to the tasks ahead.
